So you might want to know what my plans are for celebrating. Well I got a huge surprise last night…every year all of my girlfriends get together for an ornament party, surprisingly it’s really fun and this year I was looking forward to it! We usually wear ugly Christmas sweaters, you know try to find the ugliest of them all…well not this year, this year we thought it would be more fun to dress up, well good thing, because I would have been the only one in a Christmas sweater…I rode with one of my friends to my sister-in-law’s house where the party was going to be and walked up her huge steep hill and when I opened the door, was SHOCKED by a huge surprise and banner that said congratulations! I must say I had doubts that my family and friends could keep secrets from me, but they did an awesome job! I still am relishing in how awesome that night really was! I absolutely love surprises, but they’re hard to pull off, well this one was a great success! There was definitely critique planning on everyone’s part, I got calls about random invites to other dinners, had another party being planned for the next weekend, and of course the thought that I was going to a Christmas party…and I am happy to say they pulled it off incredibly! It was the best party ever thrown for me and I must say it made me feel ridiculously special that so much thought and planning went into something for me…so I have to end with saying I absolutely love all my amazing family and friends!!!
